1. The Platform

Logix Plus LLC acts as a network connecting sports fans, hosts, and venues to organize and attend watch parties for major sporting events, including international soccer fixtures. We provide the digital infrastructure to facilitate these connections, promote private event requests, and manage ticketing or RSVPs.

2. Eligibility and Age Restriction

Access to and use of this platform is strictly limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. It is a violation of these Terms for anyone under the age of 18 to access this site. By accessing this platform, you acknowledge and agree that you are of legal age. If you are under 18, you must exit this platform immediately. We reserve the right to report unauthorized access by minors to the appropriate authorities or parents/guardians.

3. User Accounts

• Registration: To request a private event or access certain features, you must register for an account using a valid email address.
• Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds

• Event Submissions: When a host submits a request for a private event, applicable fees will be processed to cover platform and marketing services.
• The 24-Hour Grace Period: Hosts may cancel their event submission for a full, 100% refund within exactly 24 hours of the payment confirmation timestamp.
• Nonrefundable Status: After 24 hours, our team actively deploys marketing resources, asset generation, and audience targeting. At this point, the submission becomes strictly nonrefundable.
• Disclaimer of Marketing Results: Logix Plus LLC provides promotional services, including platform listing and audience targeting, on a best-efforts basis. The Host acknowledges that event attendance is subject to variable market conditions, team performance, public interest, and user behavior. Logix Plus LLC explicitly disclaims any warranty or guarantee regarding a specific number of attendees, RSVPs, ticket sales, or overall turnout for any requested private event.

5. Host and Attendee Conduct

• Lawful Use: Users agree to use the platform for lawful purposes only.
• Liability for Events: Logix Plus LLC is a digital facilitator. We are not responsible for the physical safety, venue conditions, or behavior of attendees at the actual events. Hosts are responsible for managing their private events and ensuring compliance with local venue rules and laws.

6. User-Generated Content

By uploading or submitting content to the platform (including but not limited to event descriptions, custom invitations, and images), you grant Logix Plus LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with operating and promoting the platform. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you submit and that such content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on GoWatchParty.com, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Logix Plus LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Logix Plus LLC, its affiliates, and its employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your hosting of or attendance at any private event or watch party organized through the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Logix Plus LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the platform or attendance at any event organized through the platform.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, or interpretation thereof, shall be determined by binding arbitration, rather than in court. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and restrict your access to the platform at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or conduct that harms other users or our business interests, without notice or liability.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of these changes by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

13. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive SMS/text messages from Logix Plus LLC regarding account updates, event notifications, marketing promotions, and customer support.

• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies.
• Pricing: Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt-Out: You may opt-out of receiving text messages at any time by replying “STOP” to any message you receive. After sending “STOP”, you will receive one final confirmation message.

• Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
