Your 24-Hour Grace Period
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. To accommodate this and give you peace of mind, we offer a strict 24-hour grace period starting from the exact time of your payment confirmation.
- Within 24 Hours: You may cancel your event submission for any reason and receive a 100% full refund. No questions asked.
- After 24 Hours: Your payment becomes strictly nonrefundable.
Why Do We Have This Policy?
Hosting a successful watch party requires immediate and dedicated marketing efforts on our end. To maximize attendance for your event, our team begins working on your behalf exactly 24 hours after your submission. This includes:
- Asset Generation: Designing custom promotional graphics and copy tailored to your specific fixture and venue.
- Audience Targeting: Securing ad placements and actively notifying our network of local fans in your specified city.
- Platform Listing: Officially indexing and featuring your private event prominently within the GoWatchParty ecosystem.
Because these resources, operational hours, and upfront marketing dollars are deployed immediately after your grace period ends, we are unable to recoup those costs. This is why the submission becomes strictly nonrefundable after the 24-hour mark.
Our Marketing Commitment (No Guarantee of Results)
While our team immediately dedicates resources to asset generation, targeted ads, and platform promotion the moment your grace period ends, event attendance ultimately depends on public interest, weather, and other unpredictable market factors. Therefore, while we guarantee our full, dedicated marketing effort to promote your fixture, we cannot guarantee specific attendance numbers, RSVPs, or a sold-out venue.
